Important: BuniiMeds is a personal reminder and organization tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used as the only way to remember or verify medication.

1. Scope & Apple Standard EULA

BuniiMeds (the "App") is distributed through Apple's App Store and is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") is the primary licence agreement. These Supplemental Terms describe App-specific functionality, privacy practices, and responsibilities and do not replace the Apple Standard EULA.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept the Apple Standard EULA and, to the extent permitted by law, these Supplemental Terms. Mandatory legal rights always prevail over a conflicting provision.

2. Developer

The App is developed and provided by Sorin Nae ("Developer", "we", or "us"). Questions may be sent to [email protected].

3. Purpose of the App

BuniiMeds lets users organize personal medication schedules and request local reminder notifications. Information entered into the App is supplied and controlled by the user. The App does not prescribe medication, check interactions, determine dosage, diagnose a condition, monitor whether medication was taken, or contact a clinician, pharmacy, caregiver, or emergency service.

4. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

Always follow the instructions of a qualified healthcare professional, pharmacist, medicine label, or official care plan. Verify every medicine, dose, route, frequency, and time independently. Do not start, stop, delay, combine, or change medication because of information displayed by the App.

Notification delivery can be delayed, suppressed, grouped, silenced, or prevented by device settings, Focus modes, battery state, system behavior, permissions, time-zone changes, device failure, or user action. If a dose may have been missed or taken incorrectly, contact a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service immediately.

5. App Privacy and Local Data

The Developer operates no BuniiMeds account system or App backend. The App does not upload medication schedules or reminder history to the Developer and contains no Developer-operated advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics service.

Medication names, schedules, reminder settings, and related entries are processed and stored locally on the device. Apple may include App data in device backups or synchronize system information according to the user's Apple settings; those Apple-controlled processes are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Notification text may be visible on the lock screen or to anyone with access to the device, depending on the user's notification settings.

6. Local Deletion, Device Backups & Retention

You control App-local medication entries through the deletion controls presented in the App. Removing an entry removes it from the active local App data, subject to normal device caching and backup behavior. Removing the App ordinarily removes its App-local data from that device, but copies may remain in an Apple device or cloud backup until you delete or replace that backup under your Apple settings. The Developer has no server-side copy and therefore cannot remotely retrieve or delete App-local medication information for you.

7. Notifications and User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate information, maintaining device access and notification permissions, checking that reminders remain scheduled after device or system changes, and keeping an independent medication plan. The App cannot guarantee that any notification will arrive or be noticed.

8. Licence and Intellectual Property

Subject to the Apple Standard EULA, you may use the App for your personal medication organization. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass protection, extract proprietary assets, or use the App unlawfully.

The App, source code, interface, documentation, and proprietary assets are protected by intellectual-property law and are owned by or licensed to the Developer, except for clearly identified third-party rights.

9. Support and Website Privacy

Sorin Nae is the data controller for personal information submitted through support channels or the Software Evolution website contact form. If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, message, App version, device details, or attachments. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

The website contact form is processed using Formspree, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare. Support information is used to answer requests, maintain security records, comply with legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims, and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. The applicable legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested by you, our legitimate interest in providing secure support, and legal obligations where applicable. 10. Data-Protection Rights

The Developer normally has no server-side copy of data stored only inside the App. For information voluntarily submitted through support, applicable law may provide rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. Romanian users may also contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

11. Warranties, Liability, and Consumer Rights

The Apple Standard EULA contains the warranty and liability terms applicable to the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" and the Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, or medical suitability.

Nothing in these Supplemental Terms excludes liability or any conformity, update, repair, price-reduction, termination, refund, or other right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Nothing reduces a protection or remedy provided by the Apple Standard EULA or mandatory consumer law.

12. Updates and Changes

The App and these Terms may be updated for maintenance, security, functionality, or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and no change retroactively removes a purchased entitlement or mandatory consumer right. Where law requires consent, a change takes effect only after valid consent.

13. Governing Law

These Supplemental Terms are governed by Romanian law, without excluding applicable conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain mandatory protections and courts available under the law of their country of habitual residence.
