2. Information You Choose to Send

When you use the contact form or contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, normally your name, email address, message, and any technical or diagnostic details you deliberately include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, private media, confidential client material, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We use contact information only to answer your request, provide product or technical support, take steps requested before a contract, administer an existing customer relationship, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims.

Depending on the request, the legal basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps requested by you, our legitimate interest in operating a secure support channel and answering genuine requests, or compliance with a legal obligation. We do not use contact information for unrelated advertising or sell it.

4. Formspree Contact-Form Processing

The contact form is delivered using Formspree. When you submit the form, Formspree processes the form fields and related technical information so the message can reach us. You may instead contact us directly by email if you do not wish to use the form.

5. Cloudflare Website Delivery and Security

The website is delivered and protected using Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and abuse or security signals in order to deliver the site, maintain availability, and protect it from malicious traffic.

6. YouTube Videos

Some product pages offer videos hosted by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. The YouTube player is blocked by default. A connection to YouTube is made only after you select Load YouTube video or open the video on YouTube. At that point, Google or YouTube may receive technical connection information and may process data under the Google Privacy Policy. Whether cookies or account-linked data are used can depend on your browser, Google account, location, and settings.

7. Local Theme Preference

If you choose light or dark mode, the website stores that preference only in your browser's local storage under se-theme. It is not sent to us and is not used to identify or track you. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data.

8. External Links and App Store Services

The website links to Apple App Store pages, software repositories, licence pages, and other external sites. Those destinations apply their own privacy and security practices. Apple independently processes App Store visits, acquisitions, payments, downloads, diagnostics, and account information under Apple's terms and privacy rules.

9. App Data Is Covered Separately

Each application has an App-specific Terms of Use and Privacy Policy describing its local processing, permissions, purchases, third-party components, and important limitations. Those policies are available from the Apps page. This Website Privacy Policy does not claim that we receive files which an App processes only on your device.

10. Recipients and International Processing

Personal information is shared only where necessary with service providers used for the purposes above, with professional advisers under appropriate duties, or with public authorities where legally required. Formspree, Cloudflare, Google, Apple, or other services you deliberately choose may process information outside your country. Their published policies describe their processing locations and applicable safeguards.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support and security records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Provider security records may be retained under the provider's own documented retention rules.

Applicable law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
