SmartMasterLITE

Privacy Policy

SmartMasterLITE does not collect, store, or share any personal data from its users. The app operates entirely on the user's device and does not transmit any data externally. Any audio files processed by the app remain on the user's device and are not shared with third parties. The app uses temporary storage for processing audio files, which is automatically cleaned up when the application is closed.

License and Copyright

This software, SmartMasterLITE, is solely owned by the copyright holder. All rights to this software are reserved, including full ownership of the codebase, design, and all associated intellectual property.

This software is protected under Romanian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of this software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Use of Apple Technologies

SmartMasterLITE utilizes technologies and frameworks provided by Apple, such as SwiftUI, AVFoundation, and UniformTypeIdentifiers. These frameworks are proprietary to Apple and are used in compliance with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. All rights to these technologies remain with Apple.

SmartMasterLITE is distributed under a proprietary license.

No part of this software, including its codebase, design, and associated assets, may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from the copyright owner.
The software is available exclusively on the Mac App Store. Unauthorized replication, modification, or redistribution of the code is prohibited and will result in legal action.
The proprietary audio mastering algorithms in this software are intellectual property and may not be extracted, reverse-engineered, or repurposed for use in other applications.

Limitation of Liability

The copyright owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The user is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their system and addressing issues related to the software's performance.

The user is responsible for making backup copies of any audio files before processing them with SmartMasterLITE.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

No Warranty

This software is provided "as is" without any warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no guarantee that the software will meet all user requirements or function error-free across all devices and systems. The audio mastering results are dependent on the original source material and may vary based on input quality.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

By purchasing and using SmartMasterLITE, you agree to the terms of this proprietary license:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this software for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Commercial use of this software, including but not limited to using it to provide paid mastering services or for client work, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without a separate commercial license agreement.
You may not claim that the mastering was performed by a different tool or service.
Redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or disassembly of this software is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the copyright owner.
