PhotoFlexi does not collect, store, or share any personal data from its users. The app operates entirely on the user's device and does not transmit any data externally. Any data processed by PhotoFlexi remains solely on the user's device and is not shared with third parties.

License and Copyright

This software, PhotoFlexi, is solely owned by Sorin Nae. All rights to this software are reserved. Sorin Nae retains full ownership of the codebase, design, and all associated intellectual property. This software is protected under Romanian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of this software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Use of Apple Technologies

PhotoFlexi utilizes technologies and frameworks provided by Apple, such as SwiftUI, Vision API, and Metal. These frameworks are proprietary to Apple and are used in compliance with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. All rights to these technologies remain with Apple.

No part of this software, including its codebase, design, and associated assets, may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from Sorin Nae.
The software is available exclusively on the App Store. Unauthorized replication, modification, or redistribution of the code is prohibited and will result in legal action.
