Use of Apple Technologies

Mambo Player utilizes technologies and frameworks provided by Apple, such as SwiftUI, AVFoundation, MediaPlayer, and Accelerate. These frameworks are proprietary to Apple and are used in compliance with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. All rights to these technologies remain with Apple.

• The software is available exclusively on the App Store. Unauthorized replication, modification, or redistribution of the code is prohibited and will result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Sorin Nae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
