CarEvidence respects your privacy. This application does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with external servers or third parties. All vehicle information, driver data, and photographs are stored exclusively on your device. The app operates entirely offline, with the sole exception of local push notifications for document expiration reminders.

No analytics, tracking, or telemetry services are implemented. Your fleet data remains completely private and under your control.

CarEvidence is licensed for personal or business use on devices associated with your Apple ID purchase. You may not:

Limitation of Liability

Sorin Nae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to:

Missed document renewal deadlines
Data loss or corruption
Notification delivery failures
Export/import errors

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and ensuring timely document renewals.
